With a sophisticated and organic architectural character, Tankah 52 is able to combine comfort, amenities, easy access and tranquility with a luxurious lifestyle that coexists organically with the natural setting.

Tankah 52 comprises two towers with 13 units each, for a total of 26 condominiums, which have four different typologies: Garden, Middle, Studio and Penthouse. Amenities include a lobby, lounge sun deck and innity pool with a swim up bar.

Sustainability and eco-technologies are important aspects of this project. The building will feature rooftop solar panels for energy savings as well as the reuse of rain and gray water through a collection system and treatment plant. In addition, the use of water softeners and thermal insulation will further aid in peacefully integrating Tankah 52 with its natural surroundings.
